Biography
I have been lifting weights for 16 years along with high-intensity interval training. I've worked in gyms across the world from London to Sydney. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and have trained a multitude of clients across different age groups and goals. I specialize in building muscle and burning fat (the easy way). It's easy when you know how!
I've also been studying nutrition for over 15 years and have extensive knowledge. I even wrote a book on intermittent fasting!
