Biography
Hi, I am Mitch. Your everyday male who has had a lifelong passion for being healthy and extracurricular. I am not perfect. I have had moments in my life where exercising just was not my thing and times where waiters ask if I’m really going to eat all that I ordered. I even enjoyed a decade-long fight with cigarettes, where breathing really just was not my thing neither.
During my smoking phase, I continued to lift occasionally, but as my nicotine addiction persisted, smoking sometimes would take priority over-exercising or even eating. My mindset was often pessimistic. I just was not living a healthy male life. Eventually, enough was enough and smoking is now a thing of the past and I have refound my love for being in the best shape of my life. I now sleep and eat better, lift and hit harder, run and swim faster, further – the list just goes on and on. Every day I work to be boundless and feel nothing short of amazing!
Now I will share my tactics here with you guys here at Healthy Male. I hope my workouts, diets, and knowledge help all of you become healthier, happier, and hungrier beasts.
