About ED3 – ED3 is a compounded prescription medication that may be prescribed for an individually identified adult patient after evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. The prescribing provider determines whether this formulation is appropriate after considering the patients medical history, current medications, potential contraindications, previous treatment experience, and individual treatment needs.
When determined medically appropriate by the prescribing healthcare provider, ED3 may include the following three prescription ingredients:
Tadalafil (20 mg) – Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. FDA-approved tadalafil products are used for erectile dysfunction and certain other approved indications. The presence of tadalafil in ED3 does not mean that the compounded ED3 combination itself is FDA-approved.
PT-141 / Bremelanotide (1 mg) – Bremelanotide is a melanocortin receptor agonist that may be included in this individualized compounded formulation when prescribed by a healthcare provider. This compounded use, combination, and dosage form are not FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Oxytocin (1 IU) – Oxytocin may be included as part of the compounded formulation when determined appropriate by the prescribing healthcare provider. This compounded use has not been FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction or sexual enhancement.

Important Safety Information
